Sonee and Ry: Utah Bridal Photographer
The architecture at the Salt Lake City library is, simply put, stunning. The beautiful staircases, large windows and quiet setting makes it the perfect place to take portraits (and capture a few stolen kisses!) For this particular bridal/groomal session, we started off with a few photos of Sonee by herself, and then surprised Ry with a “first look.”
For those of you who aren’t familiar with the concept of a “first look,” it is when a groom sees his bride-to-be for the first time dressed in her wedding attire. It’s typically done sometime before the wedding ceremony (either at a bridal session or the morning of the ceremony) so that the photographer and couple can document that magical moment. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who is getting married. It’s a beautiful thing.
We ended the session at the International Peace Gardens to add a little greenery to their photos, and it was the perfect time of day. Not too sunny and not too cloudy…the best lighting a photographer could ask for!
Coming up the stairs…
the big reveal!
you can just tell they are in love.
what an absolutely gorgeous boutonniere and bouquet…the perfect way to end this post! 🙂
